  It was a very nice stay. The location was central to downtown. Everything was within walking distance. The employees were all very nice and helpful. Customer service is important to me and they exceeded my expectations. The pool area was okay. The bartender was outstanding and very attentive. The valet parking was very convenient and the attendant was fast and friendly. The view of the mountain was beautiful.
  
  Now for the down side. The hotel was extremely pricey. I expected a great room for the price I paid, but it seemed old. Don't get me wrong, it was spotless and clean, but not worth the price I paid.

  Updated 3/10: ac was fixed these morning as well as mini bar, so I've update the stars.
  
  Here currently and where to start. Valet only parking, so don't expect easy access to anything in your vehicle. High resort fees, yet pool is under construction and hot tub is outright closed. Extra charge for mini fridge. No complimentary or included water. The mini bar was broken and completely locked.Most importantly the a.c does not go lower than mid 70's. I paid peak weekend prices (nearly 400 a night)expecting 4 star accommodations, they've delivered maybe a 2 star experience, in a first floor, patio-less room no less.Will not be staying at another one of their properties.
