  It looks like InterCity read the bad reviews and made improvements. They give you a text with a link so you can track where the driver is when on their way. The night before I was given a window of 8-1pm arrival and he was here at 8:05. Nice guy, seemed more knowledgeable that three previous plumbers Fidelity Home Warranty sent out. I expected from all the bad reviews to have a bad experience but was pleasantly surprised that it was professional & great.
